B. It is noted here that 5.00/- can be deposited through court fee and remaining through FDCR. Agricultural land from 0.01 to 8.25 acres up to 25 bighas is exempted from rent, but for proof of ownership, Tk. 2.00 per khatian is required and the rent is applicable for other lands.

Failure to pay land development tax for two consecutive years will result in a certificate case (under the PDR Act) against the land owner. If you lose in this case, that is, if you do not pay the land development tax, you will lose the right to the land. If the land development tax is arrears, the land is auctioned.
