E-Mobile Court

An Act to make necessary provisions for the operation of Mobile Courts for effective and more efficient execution of law and order and crime prevention activities.


Whereas, in the public interest, it is expedient and necessary to provide for the operation of Mobile Courts by conferring limited powers on the Executive Magistrate to take cognizance of certain offenses immediately on the spot and impose punishments for effective and more efficient performance of law and order and crime prevention activities;
