Agricultural Information Service

Agricultural Information Service is an agricultural service of Govt. It is a service organization and multi-media development communication department under the Ministry of Agriculture of Bangladesh. It was established in 1961 by the Government of Pakistan. The head office of Agricultural Information Service is located at Khamarbari in Dhaka district. In 1985, the offices of the Agricultural Information Service were reshuffled and one-third of its staff and equipment were transferred to the Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries. Currently it provides services to 15 public and private organizations in the country. [1]
