A mobile healthcare provider called Sinesis IT Limited is in charge of managing the healthcare delivery service. You can directly consult a doctor for any health related matter by calling this health helpline number 16263(One Sixty Two Sixty Three). This helpline is at your service 24 hours a day and night.



Besides, you can get information and phone numbers of government hospitals, doctors or any other information related to health care. If you have any complaints or suggestions regarding public-private health services or hospitals, you can contact this number. The complaint will be reported to the appropriate authorities and you will be informed of the action taken on your complaint. Remember your phone number and personal information is very important to us. We are responsible to you not to disclose this number to any person or organization. After dialing 16263, press 0 (zero) to speak directly to a doctor for your health consultation. If you want to know your nearest government hospital, doctor information or anything about health care, then press 1. If you want to know the information of public-private ambulance, then press 2. If you want to make a complaint about a public-private hospital, clinic or other government healthcare, press 3. Press 4 if you want to report an accident.
