Subject: Regarding the Shalis Durbar in view of the land complaint filed by the 1st party Md. Mizan Mia.




     On 22/12/2021, the 1st party Md. Mizan Mia filed a complaint regarding land in Mahishashura Union Parishad. Pursuant to the complaint, the 2nd parties were issued 1st notice to appear before the Shalis Durbar on 06/01/2022. 2nd parties are absent. Later on last 20/01/2022 another notice to appear was issued. 2nd parties are absent on that date also. The final notice for attendance was issued last on 27/1/2022. 2nd parties are absent on that date also. As the 2nd parties were absent from the Shalis Durbar, the statement of the 2nd party was not received. As the complaint of the 1st party was related to land and the decision of the Shalis Durbar was taken due to the non-jurisdiction of the village court. As the 2nd party defied the arbitral tribunal of the Union Parishad, the 1st party was advised to file a case in court.
